Repel was formulated to help balance the horse with COPD, environmental or exercise induced asthma or heaves. This formula can also be used for horses that are bleeders(EPIH) during training and competition.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine asthma symptoms occur with an imbalance of the Spleen, Kidneys, and the Lungs. The Lungs control inhalation and the Kidneys control exhalation, when they are weak this leads to weak breathing or shortness of breath, and poor recovery from exercise. A weak Spleen causes excess dampness, and phlegm gets trapped in the Lungs obstructing the airways producing wheezing, or wet coughs.

This formula helps restore balance to the Lungs, Kidneys, and the Spleen to eliminate the production of phlegm, reduce swelling in the airway passages, strengthen breathing, and alleviate coughing, or wheezing.

We recommend this formula be followed with an anti-inflammatory diet for best results.

How It Helps

➤ Clears and opens the Lungs to ease distension in the chest and strengthen breathing.
➤ Promotes the movement of Qi(energy) downward to transform phlegm. When Qi moves upward excess liquids get transported to the Lungs and creates obstructions.
➤ Tonifies the Kidneys to strengthen breathing, and helps with fatigue.
➤ Expels cold and promotes circulation. When cold invades the body it contracts which slows down digestion, or blood flow.
➤ Reduces coughing and wheezing.
➤ Tonify the Spleen to help with energy, blood production, and restore fluid balance to reduce dampness or phlegm.
➤ Reduces inflammation or swelling in the airway passages.

Ingredients

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱

𝐒𝐡𝐮 𝐃𝐢 𝐇𝐮𝐚𝐧𝐠 (𝐑𝐞𝐡𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐚 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐭) - Nourishes the Liver and Kidneys to strengthen breathing, and support healthy blood circulation.

𝐁𝐚𝐢 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐨 (𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐭) - Helps inflammatory disorders, relieves muscle cramps or spasm. Tonify the Liver for smooth flow of Qi(energy) & blood. If Liver stagnation is present this blocks blood flow which can lead to EPIH.

𝐁𝐚𝐧 𝐗𝐢𝐚 (𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐚 𝐫𝐡𝐢𝐳𝐨𝐦𝐞) - Reduces distension or stuffiness in the chest, helps relieve coughing. Dries dampness and expelling phlegm from the lungs to reduce heaviness or obstructions in the airways.

𝐊𝐮𝐚𝐧 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐮𝐚 (𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐭𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐭 𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫) - Relieves coughing or wheezing and transforms phlegm. Promotes normal easy breathing.

𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐢 𝐏𝐢 (𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐤) - Drains heat from the Lungs, calms coughing or wheezing, strengthens the Spleen and eliminates phlegm. An imbalanced Spleen can lead to excess liquids from the digestive process to get stored in the Lungs and creates phlegm.

𝐆𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐨 (𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐭) - Tonifies the Spleen, clears heat, helps with coughing and shortness of breath, and builds strength.

𝐁𝐚𝐢 𝐆𝐮𝐨 (𝐆𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐠𝐨 𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚) - Helps eliminate dampness, stops wheezing and expels phlegm.

𝐋𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐐𝐢𝐚𝐨 (𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐚 𝐟𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭) - Reduces swelling of the airway passages and expels wind-heat.

𝐇𝐨𝐮 𝐩𝐨 (𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐚 𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐤) - Dries dampness and transforms phlegm. Reduces distention in the chest, calms wheezing and asthma symptoms.

𝐉𝐢𝐞 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐠 (𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐲𝐜𝐨𝐝𝐨𝐧 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐭) - Clears and opens the Lungs to help ease the chest and strengthen breathing. Supports respiratory health, expels phlegm, and boosts the immune system.

𝐆𝐮𝐢 𝐙𝐡𝐢 (𝐂𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧) - Helps with nose and lung congestion, and promotes circulation. Supports the Kidneys to help strengthen breathing so the Kidneys can grasp Qi(energy) from the Lungs.

𝐃𝐚 𝐙𝐚𝐨 (𝐉𝐮𝐣𝐮𝐛𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭) - Tonify the Spleen/Stomach to help build energy and blood. Helps with inflammation, stress, weakness or shortness of breath.
