Shipping policy

  • Free ground or standard shipping for all purchases of $200. or more in the United States. APO/FPO addresses not included. Our choice of carrier. If you need a particular carrier specify under Additional Information when checking out.
  • Your Herbal Solutions will be shipped to you within 1-3 business days, stock permitting. If there will be a delay in shipment you will be notified. You will receive a shipping confirmation that includes your tracking number for reference and your invoice total.
  • We ship using UPS. UPS ships Ground (1-5 days depending on the distance from Minnesota), Next Day Air or 3 Day Select. 
  • There are no weekend deliveries available for Next Day Air or 2nd Day air UPS through our shopping cart.

  • We are responsible for shipping your order promptly (1-3 business days). We are not responsible for delays that occur due to difficulties by the carriers (UPS). If your package has been delayed due to an error on the part of the carrier, contact the appropriate carrier directly. For UPS domestic shipments contact: 1-800-PICK-UPS® (1-800-742-5877). 
  • ActivateQi is closed on all major holidays and weekends. We cannot ship on those days.
