Please read the terms and conditions of use carefully before using this site. We maintain this web site as a service to our customers, and by using this site you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review the following terms and conditions very carefully and check them periodically for changes. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, you should not obtain services or products from this site.

Acceptance of this Agreement

You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms and Conditions of use Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, the content, products or services provided by the site and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended by us at any time and without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the site, and you should review this Agreement prior to using the site.

Product Weight, Size and Appearance

Each of our products is hand blended and packaged. Product weight may slightly vary per package. 

Shipping

All products are shipped within 3 business days of receiving the order. All orders are shipping UPS Ground. Transit times are dependent on customer location. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. 

Order Cancellations or Changes

All requests to change or cancel orders MUST be done prior to your order shipping.

Subscribe and Save

ALL subscription orders process at 5:00am/CST on the day selected. If you wish to skip or cancel an order, you must call one business day prior to shipping to get the order stopped or modified. Discount codes are not valid on subscription orders. All subscription orders process on the date that is set in advance and at the frequency that is chosen by the customer. The subscription program will determine when your product will process and ship based on the day of the week that you set, delivery and transit times are the same as described in the above shipping clause. 

Equine Illness

All horses should not be treated equal, all horses do not react or herbal formulas the same. It is the responsibility of the horses owner to know what herbal formulas and ingredients the horse can or can not be fed as well as understanding the ingredient processing used to determine if this specific herbal formula is suitable for your horse and assume responsibility if you choose to feed after evaluating product upon being received. You understand and accept that your horse may not like or adjust to our products and will be responsible for horses well being. For this reason, we always recommend consulting with your veterinarian for first time buyers. 

Editing, Deleting & Modification

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to edit or delete any information or other content appearing on the Site, including this Agreement, without further notice to users of the site.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our partners, attorneys, staff, and affiliates harmless from any liability, loss, claim, and expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the site.

Nontransferable

Your right to use the Site is not transferable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents is not transferable and may only be used by you.

Disclaimer

The information from or through the site is provided "as-is," "as available”, and all warranties are disclaimed. The information and services may contain bugs, errors, problems or other limitations. we and our affiliated parties have no liability whatsoever for your use of any information or service. In particular, but not as a limitation, we and our affiliated parties are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including damages for loss of a pet, loss of work, lost profits or litigation, whether based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. the negation of damages set forth above is fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between us. This site and the information would not be provided without such limitations. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from us through the site shall create any warranty, representation or guarantee not expressly stated in this agreement.

Return Policy

If you are wishing to return any ActivateQi products email us at info@activateqi.com  For Quality Control reasons, we are not able to accept returned products that have been used/opened.  We will not allow returns after 15 days of a shipped item. 

Storing Herbal Formulas

Keep all herbal formulas in a dry cool area where they are not exposed to moisture or direct sunlight. 

Limits

All responsibility or liability for any damages caused by viruses contained within the electronic file containing the form or document is disclaimed. We will not be liable to you for any incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind that may result from the use of or inability to use our site. Our maximum liability to you under all circumstances will be equal to the purchase price you pay for any goods or information.

Payments

You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us that (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (i) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes.

Verify Member's Address

ActivateQi, LLC reserves the right to contact a customer via email to verify the accuracy of account information (including the customer's correct name and address)that is needed to provide the customer with the goods he or she requested from ActivateQi, LLC.

The content, organization, graphics, design, and digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, registered trademarks, and another proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters is strictly prohibited.
