The Kidneys govern the endocrine system, influencing metabolism, temperature regulation, and energy. The Liver ensures the smooth flow of Qi, but stress, frustration, or long-term stagnation can create heat or blockages that disrupt this flow. The Spleen is responsible for digestion and fluid metabolism, and when it’s weak, dampness can develop — leading to puffiness, swelling, nodules, and sluggish metabolism.
